The Institute of Urology and private office of Urology are part of the Isar Medizin Zentrum (Isar Medical Centre).

The Isar Medical Centre is the logistic heart of a health centre with more than 30 cooperating medical specialists and the associated Isar and Pettenkofer Clinics with 300 beds. The Institute of Urology functions as a coordinating institution for all of the Isar Medical Centre's urologic procedures.
The focus of the Institute of Urology is on maximal organ and function preservation, using open or laparoscopic (keyhole) urologic procedures - including reconstructive surgery - to treat urologic malignancies and other disorders Thirteen high-tech operating theatres, along with intensive care and intermediate care units staffed by intensive care specialists, are provided by the urology practice at the Isar Medical Centre.
